Shirley Kraft has been the Director of Nursing at Petaluma Post-Acute Rehab since 2010. Her experience in the healthcare field spans over 30 years and she has served in both the acute and long-term care settings.
Shirley began her career as a CNA shortly after graduating from Petaluma High School and became known by her patients and coworkers alike for her compassionate heart and tender care. Her passion for taking care of people led her to work her way up the ranks, obtaining her RN license and serving as Petaluma Post-Acute’s Director of Staff Development, Assistant Director of Nursing, and finally, Director of Nursing.
Shirley’s passions outside of work include spending time with her husband of 36 years, their 2 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys caring for her many animals, including miniature donkeys, llamas, and dogs.
